Mountain Town Music Festival Showcases the Best of Colorado with Outdoor Concerts and the Colorado Harvest

KEYSTONE, Colo. – July 2015 – The best of Colorado’s late-summer season comes to Keystone’s River Run Village Aug. 21-22 with the return of the Mountain Town Music Festival. The combination of nationally known bands and musicians with the fresh Colorado harvest of Palisade peaches, sweet corn and melons serves up a tasty way to celebrate the end of summer in the Rocky Mountains.

“Last year we created the Mountain Town Music Festival to complement our lineup of incredible summer festivals and to bring top-name national acts and up-and-coming musicians to Keystone,” says Maja Russer, director of marketing and events for the Keystone Neighbourhood Company, the festivals’ producer. “This year, we’re excited that we’re raising the bar again with the quality of music and food.”

The musical lineup for the second-ever Mountain Town Music Festival includes:

The music is free with free admission to the festival and free parking. Food and drinks are available at a la carte prices and features the best of the Colorado harvest from sweet peaches, juicy melons and fresh sweet corn, as well as Colorado game like elk and venison.

In true Colorado festival fashion, local artisans showcase their handmade jewelry, clothing, hammocks, artwork and other Colorado festival goodies.

A spectacular fireworks display will light up the sky on Friday night over River Run Village.
