2022 KEYSTONE SUMMER FESTIVALS AND EVENT TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW!

THE SUMMER 2022 KEYSTONE EVENT LINE-UP IS ANNOUNCED AND TICKETS ARE ON SALE!

Summer 2022 at Keystone will see the return of another lively event calendar

Keystone Summer Festivals will ease back into “pre-pandemic” format with a continued attention to resource shortages and higher expenses.  Summer 2021 saw the return of the Keystone Neighbourhood Festival and Event schedule in an abbreviated format.  Looking forward as the warmer months approach, the festivals and events at Keystone will be plentiful and look more like the festivals of years past.  The blend of pre-pandemic event production and current operations is a balance with old traditions and new learnings culminating in this year’s schedule. Guests will be able to quench their thirst and satisfy their appetites with an event menu that covers all the essentials, including bacon of course.

Keystone summer festival line up starts the last weekend in June brings the celebrated  Bacon and Bourbon Festival, followed in July by the popular Wine and Jazz Festival. The longstanding August Bluegrass and Beer Festival celebrates 25 years, and the Labor Day Oktoberfest celebration closes out the festival season.  In addition to the summer festival classics, the KNC Events Team is excited to bring back River Run Village event series including the Align in the Pines Yoga gatherings and the Friday afternoon Keystone Acoustic Sessions adding an underlying current of weekly entertainment one can enjoy.  In 2021, the well-loved Mountain Town Music Festival was transformed into a series style event.  Keystone Neighbourhood is happy to share the Mountain Town Music Series continues in 2022 with an additional date on the schedule.  The five-part series format will feature unique street performances by Salida Circus, an outdoor bar, and kids’ activities, capped off with regional bands we all know and love.

Complimenting the outdoor event line-up is a Warren Station Center for the Arts event calendar that will make it the spot for locals and visitors alike to eat, drink, laugh and be merry!

The popular Summer Comedy Series makes a return starting on June 17th, followed by a host of community-based programs that embrace that summer vibe that we know in the mountains is short but sweet.  The Goods in the Woods Art Walk and the Summer Distilled Spirits & Speakers featuring the new “Whiskey on the Fly” are events that you’ll want to read up on. The Keystone event calendar is expanding over 2021 with a mindset that the positive festival adjustments made last year will remain.

Capacity caps will continue and leave elbow room for guests to explore the festival grounds while bands grace four festival stages, perhaps piquing one’s curiosity to see who’s playing around the next corner.  The festival tickets will be nothing short of a VIP, all-inclusive experience as no one wants to miss a bite of bacon, a sip of craft beer or a taste of wine.  With the return of All-Access Food Passes, paired perfectly with the highlighted festival drink of choice, we guarantee you’ll leave the event full and happy. If the festival goer isn’t quite ready to commit to the full immersive festival package, then you’re in luck as festival organizers have re-introduced the walk-up a-la-carte option through the implementation of RF-ID technology.  Community non-profits including Friends of the Dillon Ranger District, the Summit Foundation and High Country Conservation will be a part of each festival this summer fulfilling the mission of giving back to the locals through all Keystone Neighbourhood event efforts.

“In 2021 the Keystone Neighbourhood was one of the few Summit County entities to bring back their full event line up.  This year, we plan on events looking more like normal while embracing our learnings from last summer.”  Maja Russer, Director of Marketing and Events for the Keystone Neighbourhood Company. “We are keeping the great things we learned like multiple stages and the all-inclusive food pass while adding back in some kid focused programming and higher capacity with the a-la-caret ticket options.”
