- Summit County Health Department Guidelines- food exhibitors must provide their own hand washing station and abide by Summit Country Environmental Health guidelines.
- Lake Dillon Fire Rescue Canopy Weight Guidelines - all exhibitors must have the appropriate tent and weights to participate in the festival.

The Summit Chamber of Commerce is a 501c6 membership organization supporting local businesses throughout Summit County. The Summit Chamber works to ensure business success for our members and fosters community-wide economic vitality by providing resources, educational opportunities and business connections. The Summit Chamber relies on membership dues and fundraising events (such as Wine and Jazz Festival) to provide vital services to our members.
