- Summit County Health Department Guidelines- food exhibitors must provide their own handwashing station and abide by Summit Country Environmental Health guidelines.
- Lake Dillon Fire-Rescue Canopy Weight Guidelines - all exhibitors must have the appropriate tent and weights to participate in the festival.

Volunteers
Summit Rugby provides a stellar opportunity for young men and women in Summit County to strengthen their physical health and mental resilience, work as a team, and develop leadership skills. Summit Rugby places the highest value on good citizenship and support and empathy for others, establishing a positive culture in the lives of young people.
The Summit Rugby program is also motivating students to perform well academically and exposing them to opportunities to gain acceptance and often scholarships to higher education programs that may otherwise be out of reach.
