SPOTLIGHT ON OUR BLUEGRASS BENEFICIARY: HIGH COUNTRY CONSERVATION CENTER

Recycling, Compost and TrashThe High Country Conservation Center (HC3) has protected Summit County’s mountain environment for more than 40 years. A community-based non-profit, HC3 tackles climate change by helping homeowners and businesses add solar power. Efficiency programs prevent harmful carbon pollution and save our local water resources. Recycling rules vary across the state, and to reduce waste, HC3 teaches residents and visitors how to recycle locally. Learn more and get involved at HighCountryConservation.org.
