How do I purchase food and drink during the event?

A-La-Carte Options – No Ticket Needed
You can still enjoy the festival and purchase food and drinks on-site without a festival ticket package or a wristband.

Can I use cash or credit card to make purchases at the festival?
You may use cash and credit cards to purchase drinks at our festival bar(s) and merchandise tents.

FESTIVAL FAQ
How do I get my wristband?
You will receive your wristband after you arrive at the festival grounds and go to Festival Check-In.
Festival Check-in is located at Warren Station and is open from 11-4:30 pm each day. Park in the free River Run Village parking lot and Warren Station is located at 164 Ida Belle Drive.
What if I lose my wristband?
Try not to do this, and make sure your wristband is secured on your wrist. If it happens, swing by Festival Check-In, and we will try to get you a replacement wristband. Please note that wristbands are subject to availability, and a replacement is NOT guaranteed.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
The festival is FREE to enter for all ages and is kid friendly. Festival attendees are required to show your government issued ID in order to consume alcoholic beverages. Festival attendees will get a valid stamp showing you are of age (21yrs or older) to drink alcohol at the Festival Check-In (located in Warren Station) OR at the festival bar.
Festival Access - can I get into the festival without a ticket?
Just want to check out the festival scene? No problem!
A-La-Carte Options – No Ticket Needed

- A pre-loaded RFID festival wristband - loaded with funds onsite

Free Live Music
All performances by our incredible lineup of bands are free and open to the public—no ticket required!
Come for the music, and stay for as much (or as little) of the rest as you’d like. General Admission is free to the public and all-ages. A cash bar will be available for individual drink purchases. Only Festival Ticket Holders will be able to sample at this event.
If I don't want to participate in the festival tasting?
The festival is FREE to enter for all ages. You are required to show your ID to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. There is an official festival bar in the event grounds that will serve a variety of canned beer, wine and cocktails.

What is the refund policy?
No refunds. This is a rain or shine event.
What are my transportation & parking options getting to the event?
We want you to get to and from our festivals safely! The best thing to do is book a room for the weekend! For all guests not staying at the resort, you may park in the FREE River Run Lot. Guests of the resort will have access to underground parking if staying in River Run.
What can't I bring to the event?
No coolers, pets, outside alcohol, drugs, smoking or firearms. No soliciting.
Bring a smile, a chair, a picnic blanket, and your appetite.

Can I bring my dog to the festival?
Notice Regarding Pets at Festivals
Due to the requirements outlined in our Special Event Permit with the Town of Keystone and our agreement with Summit County Environmental Health, dogs or animals of any kind are not permitted at our large outdoor festivals.
These regulations are mandated by local government agencies and are not a decision made by Keystone Neighbourhood Company. The policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of both pets and event attendees. Festival environments can be crowded, noisy, and stressful for animals, making them unsuitable for pets.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a safe and enjoyable experience for all including our furry friends. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET IN YOUR CAR AT THE PARKING LOT. LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL BE CALLED IF WE FIND A DOG IN A CAR.
Purchasing tickets in advance?
We recommend getting all tickets in advance. We cannot guarantee inventory at the day of the event.

Beer Sampling Tickets (Advance Purchase AND Day-Of)
Get the full festival experience with our unlimited craft beer sampling tickets.
- Unlimited beer samples from dozens of breweries

✅ Important: We recommend purchasing a beer sampling ticket in advance to participate in the tasting portion of the festival. Beer sampling tickets are the only way to sample the 30 plus breweries that are in attendance.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can update your registration information and tickets via Eventbrite.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is helpful, but you can also check in with your mobile device or under your name with a valid ID. We require that all members of the party be present at check-in so that we may check ID's to insure the individuals are 21 years and over who receive the ticket with alcohol. Tickets will not be issued to those individuals who are not present, you will need to come back with those guests to check them in so they can obtain their wristband and ticket.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, you will only be asked to show your ID, if you do not have either a printable ticket or mobile ticket. We do not match each ticket shown to an ID. We do ask that if you will be checking in with an ID and were the sole purchaser for your groups tickets, that you have your entire party with at check-in.
What is the Event Photography/Videography Policy?
By entering and by your presence here, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with the production presently entitled: Keystone Neighbourhood Company.
You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you by entering this area. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter this area.
