This is an outdoor yoga series at the base of Keystone Resort where guests will enjoy the fresh mountain air and a flow practice designed for everyone from the casual yogi to the Ashtanga expert. Join us under the canopy of Aspen leaves rising from the banks of the Snake River for a mind-clearing hour of asana in Quaking Aspen Amphitheatre. Free loaner mats will be provided by Lolë, as well as coupon codes for Align in the Pines guests to shop the conveniently located Lolë storefront in River Run Village.

This class will be a one-hour flow class in which sequential poses are connected using the breath. Modifications and variations are offered for all levels.
