Align in the Pines Yoga Series

The River Run Merchants along with the Keystone Neighbourhood Company present Align in the Pines, an outdoor yoga series at the base of Keystone Resort where guests will enjoy an hour of mountain air and a practice designed for everyone from the casual yogi to the Ashtanga expert. Join us under the canopy of Aspen leaves rising from the banks of the Snake River for a mind-clearing hour of asana in Quaking Aspen Amphitheatre. Designed to make yoga accessible for the Keystone community, each class is only $5. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat and water.

Rise & Flow

Tuesday Mornings: 9am-10am

Start your morning with a one-hour Rise & Flow practice, a slower-paced flow class focused on building heat through slow, mindful movement and sun salutations.

Rise & Flow Dates:

June: 15, 22, 29 | July: 6, 13, 20, 27 | August: 3, 10, 17, 24, 31

Flow

Thursday Evenings: 5pm-6pm

Wind down after work on Thursday evenings with a one-hour flow class. Variations provided for all levels.

Yin

Last Thursday of Each Month: 5pm-6pm

The last Thursday of each month we will slow it down to a Yin class in which postures are held for several minutes at a time to open the fascia and connective tissue. Challenge your mind throughout practice as you use your breath to tune into your body.

About the Teacher

Erin Bissette is a North Carolina native who has been practicing yoga since 2013 when she discovered yoga as an essential complement to running. After realizing yoga is actually the perfect complement to everything, she completed her 200 hr. YTT at Asheville Yoga Center and started to dive into meditation, yin, nidra, and restorative practices in addition to flow. Erin strives to make yoga accessible and welcoming for all bodies and experience levels and wants to share the joy of yoga with anyone ready to experience it!
