What is the Keystone Neighbourhood Company?
The Keystone Neighbourhood Company, or KNC, is a 501 c (4) not-for-profit Colorado Corporation founded in 1995. The KNC's mission is to make the Neighbourhoods at Keystone a premier mountain community by creating and maintaining a high quality environment and investing in facilities and events that will attract residents and visitors and create a vibrant, four-season community. Independent of Keystone Resort, the Keystone Neighbourhood Company works closely with Keystone to serve the guests and residents of Keystone and the Snake River Valley. The KNC hosts a variety of public events, including music festivals, concerts, theatre performances, comedy nights, children and family entertainment, and more. Additionally, the KNC hosts private events, including corporate functions and wedding ceremonies and receptions.
What is the Warren Station at Keystone?
Nestled at the base of beautiful Keystone Mountain, the new Warren Station at Keystone is a 7,200 square foot community performing arts venue dedicated to providing the guests and residents of the Snake River Valley with year-round entertainment. Scheduled to open July 2010, the Warren Station at Keystone is a multi-use community facility with flexible general seating situated along the North Fork of the Snake River. The new facility features lush landscaping and foliage (seasonal), an expansive outdoor patio with an adjacent rustic fire pit surrounded by flourishing greenery (seasonal), and prime viewing areas toward the immediately adjacent Quaking Aspen Amphitheater.
What is unique about the new Warren Station at Keystone?
Voted on and approved by the KNC members in November 2009, and approved by the Snake River planning commission in January 2010, the new Warren Station at Keystone is set to be in operation by July 2010. The Warren Station at Keystone is provided as a community facility by the Keystone Neighbourhood Company homeowners and members, and its indoor amenities include wall and ceiling treatments, state-of-the-art lighting features, and a full service bar featuring granite counter tops. Furthermore, guests will be greeted by an expansive pre-function lobby area with floor to ceiling windows facing the outdoor patio, leading edge technology in sound and lighting, and bathroom facilities. Additionally, the new facility will offer exceptional experiences for weddings and private events. Ultimately, the Warren Station at Keystone will create a new social destination for entertainment and events in a relaxed, unique environment.
Why is the new facility called the Warren Station at Keystone?
Named after Chauncey Carlisle Warren, the new Warren Station at Keystone harkens back to an imporant era in Keystone's unique, Western history. Warren Station was the common name for the site hosting the famous Warren Hotel, Warren Barn and Stables, and Warren Residence during the second half of the nineteenth century. Warren Station served as the stage stop for travelers traversing Loveland Pass. Located "near the bottom of Loveland Pass and in the Snake River Valley," the original Warren Station sits on the exact location of the new Warren Station, the adjacent Quaking Aspen Amphitheater, and the River Run Base Area Operations Facility. Where is the Warren Station at Keystone?
The Warren Station at Keystone is located in the River Run Village at Keystone Resort. It is nestled among the Silvermill Lodge, Jackpine Lodge, and Snake River. To get to the Warren Station at Keystone, take 1-70 from Denver to exit 205. Exit on Hwy 6 south towards Dillon/Keystone. Travel 7 miles on Hwy 6 to Keystone Resort. Exit Gondola Rd and park in the free Montezuma Parking lots at the River Run Village. Signage will direct you to the Warren Station.
Can patrons bring their own food and beverages to public events?
Patrons may not bring food or beverages into the Warren Station at Keystone. The State of Colorado does not permit any outside alcohol into the venue. The Warren Station staff will serve alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, and select cocktails, to patrons 21 years or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are also available. Select River Run Village restaurants and establishments serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Patrons are encouraged to enjoy a pre-show meal at one of the River Run Village restaurants all within walking distance of the Warren Station.

Are discount tickets to public events available for children, seniors, or other groups?
Discount tickets to select events are available for children, seniors, and homeowners. For specific information on ticket pricing, contact 970.496.4FUN or 888.222.9306. Tickets may also be purchased at the Warren Station box office adjacent to the Warren Station at Keystone beginning one hour prior to event start time.
Can tickets be picked up at will call?
Patrons may collect their purchased tickets at the Keystone Mountain Concierge office in the River Run Village anytime prior to the performance. Patrons may also collect their purchased tickets at the Warren Station box office will call beginning one hour prior to the event start time. Tickets are available under purchaser's name and requires a valid ID. If you are picking up tickets under another person's name, please have the holder of the card used to purchase the tickets call the Keystone Mountain Concierge office at 970.496.4FUN or 888.222.9306 in advance.
Are services charges added to the ticket price?
All ticket prices absorb the costs of service fees.
Are pets allowed at Warren Station at Keystone events?
Service animals are always welcome at KNC events. But non-service pets are not allowed at any public events in the Warren Station at Keystone or the River Run Events Plaza. Please leave non-service pets at home where they will be safer and happier.
Is smoking allowed at the Warren Station at Keystone?
Smoking of any kind is prohibited at the Warren Station at Keystone by Colorado law. Patrons who smoke will be asked to leave the interior of the Warren Station at Keystone. Designated smoking areas are located outside the facility.
Does the Warren Station at Keystone have wheelchair access?
Yes.
Are there any age restrictions for events at the Warren Station at Keystone?
There are no age restrictions for Warren Station at Keystone events. Most events are family-friendly, but patrons with concerns about child-appropriate performances should inquire with the Keystone Mountain Concierge office at 970.496.4FUN or 888.222.9306 in advance. As a general note, comedy nights are not child appropriate and may include adult themes and/or language.
Does bad weather ever interfere with events at the Warren Station at Keystone?
All performances take place regardless of bad weather. The new Warren Station at Keystone offers superior protection from the outside elements. Tickets will not be refunded to patrons due to weather conditions.
